Here I am, hanging out in my house watching a live feed of an event that is happening across the world from me. Fourteen hours ahead of where I am . Technology is too cool.
China is beautiful. Smoggy but beautiful.
This race has a surreal feel to it. There isn't the wild, crazy, circus feel of a Tour de France stage. Since this is live feed, there is no commentary. I miss Phil and Paul. There is white gloved security everywhere. The spectators are far away from the side of the road. But it is neat they are riding through the Great Wall. This course is blowing the peloton apart. A LOT of climbing. I don't think I will stay up to watch it live, got a lot to do tomorrow.
